Green Tea - Cutting Machine /
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7sD90tF87bc
This video shows how machines are used by Japanese tea farmers to cut green tea leaves from the plant/tree. The cutter is operated by two people and it is very common in my part of Japan (Fukuroi near Hamamatsu City). You will often see husband and wife working together to control the cutting machine as seen in this video.

Kaiten Sushi - Sushi Train -
Kaiten sushi is very popular in Japan.
Sushi is carried on a conveyor belt or a train around the restaurant to the customers tables. Sushi train is another name given to it.
This video was taken at a very popular restaurant called Kappa Zushi and is all over Japan.

Koinobori - Carp Streamer
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xz2EnpBQvSI
Koinobori (鯉幟), meaning "carp streamer" in Japanese, are carp-shaped wind socks traditionally flown in Japan to celebrate Tango no Sekku (端午の節句), a traditional calendrical event which is now designated a national holiday; Children's Day. These wind socks are made by drawing carp patterns on paper, cloth or other nonwoven fabric. They are then allowed to flutter in the wind. They are also known as satsuki-nobori (皐幟).
Children's Day takes place on May 5. Landscapes across Japan are decorated with koinobori from April to early May, in honor of sons and in the hope that they will grow up healthy and strong.

2013 - Hamamatsu Festival- Japan

Hamamatsu Festival is the biggest festival in Shizuoka Prefecture and is one of the most well known festivals in Japan because the main part of the festival is flying kites.
