Went out for dinner with the family the otHer night and this was what came out. Interesting?! Still not sure what it was! ;)
It has been almost a year since I had lamb in any shape or form so it was nice to have it for dinner even though it was a little tough.

Bicycle Parking in Japan
Japan has been trying to fade out parking the bicycle in front of the station for free so here we see a bicycle park so that people can park their bikes. It requires a fee but better than getting a ticket from the police or even worst having your bike stolen.

Yes that is right you can go to this place and get your drugs all from convienence of your car. Great isn't it. No isn't really for drugs well not the illegal kind anyway. This is a drivethru for prescription drugs/medicine that you get from the doctor.

Green Tea - Cutting Machine /
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7sD90tF87bc
This video shows how machines are used by Japanese tea farmers to cut green tea leaves from the plant/tree. The cutter is operated by two people and it is very common in my part of Japan (Fukuroi near Hamamatsu City). You will often see husband and wife working together to control the cutting machine as seen in this video.

Koinobori - Carp Streamer
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xz2EnpBQvSI
Koinobori (鯉幟), meaning "carp streamer" in Japanese, are carp-shaped wind socks traditionally flown in Japan to celebrate Tango no Sekku (端午の節句), a traditional calendrical event which is now designated a national holiday; Children's Day. These wind socks are made by drawing carp patterns on paper, cloth or other nonwoven fabric. They are then allowed to flutter in the wind. They are also known as satsuki-nobori (皐幟).
Children's Day takes place on May 5. Landscapes across Japan are decorated with koinobori from April to early May, in honor of sons and in the hope that they will grow up healthy and strong.

Hamamatsu Festival is the biggest festival in Shizuoka Prefecture and is one of the most well known festivals in Japan because the main part of the festival is flying kites.

Amazing Drinks Vending Machine - Japan
So if you have been to Tokyo (Japan) recently then you would have noticed these automatic touch panel drinking machines. They are so cool. They have a camera to tell whether the person using it is a male or a female, talk or short and will recommend drinks for that person. You don't need coins or notes if you have a cell phone as it will take both.
Anyway have a look for yourself and see how cool it is.

So I decided to try out the Time Lapse function on my JVC GZ270. This is my first time to do a Time Lapse so I think it worked ok. Once I learn where to put the camera and what music to use then I hope the final product will look much better.

Picking Strawberries - Japan
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-fD6D4eECac
So we have our own little patch of strawberries at our local greenhouse. We pay 10,000yen ($100us) a year for this section and the people there grow strawberries and tomatoes for us all year around. We can go there and pick them ourselves at any time.
